Accept the bid from R&S Soil Products, Inc., in the amount of $62,100 plus applicable taxes, to\nprovide landscape mulch for the Right of Way Division of the Public Works Department for a\none year period with up to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing\nAgent to execute the renewal options in accordance with Bid #9675.
