6. Approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nGMU Geotechnical, Inc. to Provide On-Call Geotechnical Consulting\nServices\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nGMU Geotechnical, Inc. to provide on-call geotechnical consulting services\non an as-needed basis in an annual amount not to exceed $300,000\nthrough June 30, 2025; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement between the City and GMU Geotechnical,\nInc., subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.
