I. Indirect Cost Allocation Plan - That the City Council: 1. Receive and file the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Indirect Cost Allocation Plan prepared by ClearSource Financial Consulting; 2. Direct staff to utilize the Indirect Cost Allocation Plan, where appropriate, in future budget development, grant administration, fee studies, project accounting, cost recovery analyses, and other financial management activities; and 3. Direct staff to periodically update the Indirect Cost Allocation Plan to ensure it continues to reflect the City's organizational structure and operational practices.
