G. Approving and Authorizing Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC for Services Related to the Implementation of Senate Bill 1383 (Organic Waste) and Contracting Assistance with the City’s Waste Hauler - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7804: 1. Approving Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC for additional services related to Senate Bill 1383 (Organic Waste) and Contracting Assistance with the City’s Waste Hauler, extending the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2027, and increasing compensation for such services by $50,000 for a revised total contract not-to-exceed amount of $190,000; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC on behalf of the City.
