approve the following:
Review and consideration to waive full reading of and adopt A RESOLUTION OF
THE CERRITOS CITY COUNCIL APPROVING PRECISE PLAN 1969-5(2026)
AMENDMENT, A PROPOSAL BY THE PROPERTY OWNER TO REMODEL THE
EXTERIOR OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS AND COMPLETE OTHER RELATED SITE
IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CARMENITA PLAZA NORTH SHOPPING CENTER LOCATED
AT 13321 - 13349 ARTESIA BOULEVARD AND 17303 CARMENITA ROAD,
CERRITOS, CALIFORNIA, 90703. THE SUBJECT SITE IS ZONED NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL (CN) (APNS 7008-015-002, 7008-015-003, AND 7008-015-004)*
(COUNCIL).
*Pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
Guidelines, this project is categorically exempt from CEQA Review.
