BY DICK'S SPORTING GOODS, INC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DICK'S HOUSE
OF SPORT, A NEW RETAIL AND SPORTS EXPERIENCE STORE CONSISTING OF A
141,630-SQUARE-FOOT, TWO-STORY RETAIL BUILDING WITH ASSOCIATED
LOADING AREAS AND AN 18,515-SQUARE-FOOT OUTDOOR ATHLETIC FIELD ON A
4.65-ACRE PROJECT SITE LOCATED AT 100 LOS CERRITOS MALL, CERRITOS,
CALIFORNIA, 90703. THE SUBJECT SITE IS ZONED AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN
TWENTY-ONE (ADP-21) (APN 7038-014-016)* (COUNCIL).
*Pursuant to Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
Guidelines, this project is categorically exempt from CEQA Review.
