PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT/EVALUATION/DISMISSAL Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957(b) (COUNCIL) Title: City Clerk Closed Session Report If the City Council adjourns to Closed Session, the City Council/Successor Agency will reconvene into Open Session after its conclusion. Information regarding the Closed Session report will be available at the Office of the City Clerk within 24 hours following the conclusion of the City Council/Successor Agency meeting, and a verbal report will be provided at the next regular City Council/Successor Agency meeting, on any reportable action taken. This report will be memorialized in the official meeting minutes, for the meeting in which said action is reported.
