NOTICE INVITING BIDS: THE SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT ON SIERRA VISTA AVENUE – F2M26-40, N2M26-94 The Sewer Master Plan identified the Sewer Main Replacement Project on Sierra Vista Avenue between Los Higos Street and San Marino Avenue. Bids are due no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026 and opened at 11:00 a.m. that same day. Plans and specifications have been prepared. Staff has reviewed the plans and found them to be consistent with the City’s standards. Recommended Action: City Council authorize staff to circulate a Notice Inviting Bids to qualified contractors for the Sewer Main Replacement Project on Sierra Vista Avenue; and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
