9. Approval of Purchase Order with Charles King Company for Equipment Rentals a) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly; and b) Authorize the City Manager to approve a purchase order for equipment rentals from Charles King Company, over the next three fiscal years ending June 30, 2029, with an option for two additional years, up to a total amount of $400,000.
