10. Approve a Joint Use License Agreement with City Church of Anaheim, Inc. to provide designated parking lot use at City Church and Anaheim Central Library for an initial term of two years, with three additional one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Director of Community Services, or designee, to execute and administer the Agreement on behalf of the City.
