Approve a Joint Use Agreement with Vista Charter Public School for Vista Charter Public School’s use of facilities at Palm Lane Park and Palm Lane Global Academy for a term of five years with two five-year optional renewals, and authorize the Director of Community Services, or designee, to execute the agreement.
