3.3 AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR IMPACTED STOCKPILED SOIL DISPOSAL, CIP 392602 ACTION: Award a construction contract in the amount of $3,126,050 for Impacted Stockpiled Soil Disposal, CIP 392602, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Miller Environmental, Inc. (Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City Council, the vote on this matter will reflect the prior action of each Councilmember when he or she sat and voted as a member of the Board of Directors of the Great Park Corporation.
