H. GEORGE F CANYON NATURE CENTER UPDATE
Memorandum from Kirsten Graham, Public Works Manager
Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Receive and file an update on the George
F Canyon Nature Center Project; 2) Approve an additional project appropriation of
$300,000 to address unforeseen utility relocation costs, construction change orders,
and remaining project contingencies; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute
any necessary amendments or change orders within the approved project budget.
