7. Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Engineering for Program and Contract
Management Support Services for the Public Works Department, Field Operations Division
The City Council will consider: (PW)
a. Approving a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") with Willdan Engineering to
provide program and contract management support services for the Public Works Department,
Field Operations Division, for a one-year term, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, in
an amount not to exceed $163,200; and
b. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
