6. Agreement with General Pump Company, Inc., for On-Call Maintenance Services for the
Municipal Water System
The City Council will consider: (PW)
a. Approving an Agreement with General Pump Company, Inc., to perform well maintenance
services on an as-needed basis ("Agreement"), for a three-year term with two optional one-year
extensions, in an annual amount not to exceed $100,000 for a total of $300,000 for the initial
three-year term; and
b. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
