8. Adoption of a Resolution Releasing the City's Subordinate Deed of Trust Lien Encumbering Real Property Located at 2713 Madrid Place The City Council will consider adopting the attached Resolution: (CM) a. Approving the Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Full Reconveyance in favor of Ramon Nandino, or the person(s) legally entitled thereto, releasing the City’s subordinate deed of trust lien recorded December 17, 1998, as Instrument No. 98-2288319 in the Official Records of Los Angeles County; and b. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the reconveyance; and directing that the executed and notarized instrument be recorded or released only after the City has received the payoff amount of $145,000 owed under the Nandino shared appreciation loan, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
