OB2. Approve an Agreement for Management Services of Charter Oak Mobile Home Estates and Monte Vista Place Senior Apartments with Star Mobilehome Park Management RECOMMENDATION: City Staff recommends that the Housing Authority: Approve the proposed Agreement for Management Services with Star Mobilehome Park Management in a form approved by the City Attorney; and Authorize the Executive Director, or his designee, to execute any and all documents necessary, including but not limited to amendments and modifications to implement the Agreement as approved by the City Attorney, and transition of property management services.
