COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH WYATT TRAPP, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO APPROVE ANY CHANGES TO FINAL
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ROBERT E. GROSS PARK SEISMIC RETROFIT
AND RENOVATION PROJECT.
