8. APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MR. BILLS AUTO BODY AND
PAINT INC. FOR AUTO BODY, PAINT, AND FRAME REPAIRS TO VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Mr. Bills Auto Body and Paint Inc. for auto body,
paint, and frame repairs of the Cityâs fleet of vehicles and equipment, for an initial term of (3) three years
with the option for two (1) one-year extensions; and,
2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Professional Service Agreement and authorize the City Manager
to execute any all amendments to the agreement as deemed necessary.
