23. ADOPTION OF THE THREE-YEAR STREET LIGHT INSTALLATION PLAN
1. Adopt the Three-Year Street Light Installation Plan, funding the 50 highest-ranked street segments
(246 new street lights) for Fiscal Years 2026-27 through 2028-29 within the existing $500,000 annual
Citywide Streetlight Program Capital Improvement Program (CIP) allocation; and,
2. Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to proceed with installation in accordance with
the adopted schedule and to procure materials under the City's existing cooperative purchasing
agreements.
