15. APPROVAL OF A SERVICES AND LICENSE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
DOWNEY, HERITTAGE HOLDINGS, INC., DBA SUPREME PARKING SERVICES, AND THE
DOWNTOWN DOWNEY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION FOR DOWNTOWN VALET PARKING
That the City Council:
1. Approve the services and license agreement by and between the City of Downey, Herittage Holdings,
Inc., DBA Supreme Parking Services, and the Downtown Downey Improvement Association for
Downtown valet parking for a one-year term; and,
2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement.
