14. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO MEASURE A FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR HOUSING AND
HOMELESS PROGRAMS
1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Measure A Funding Agreement with the County of Los Angeles;
and,
2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to implement the
amendment and receive the Cityâs Fiscal Year 2026-2027 allocation.
