1. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING ASSESSMENT LEVY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 1. Conduct a public hearing concerning the confirmation and levy assessments for Assessment District 121 for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and, Lighting and Landscaping Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 pursuant to the provisions of Part 2 of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code.
