13. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RMI INTERNATIONAL TO PROVIDE SECURITY PATROL SERVICES 1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the professional services agreement with RMI International Inc. to extend the term of the agreement for one additional year, through June 30, 2027, for City-wide Security Patrol Services; 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any and all amendments to the agreement as deemed necessary; and, 3.Approve an appropriation request in the amount of $300,000 from the Measure D Fund.
