APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE LEASE AND OPERATING AGREEMENT BETWEEN ANGELES, KOLAR FAMILY YMCA CENTER FOR COMMUNITY WELL-BEING Authorize the the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Lease and Operating agreement for Furman Park Building Number 3, for the operation of an Arts, Enrichment, and Neighborhood Center by the YMCA, for a one-year term through July 31, 2027, at a cost of $1 for the extended year.
