7. APPROVAL OF THE PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPLIES FROM LIFE ASSIST, INC. 1. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the purchase order with Life Assist, Inc. in the amount of $350,000 for the purchase of emergency medical equipment for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute amendments to the purchase order; and, 3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute purchase orders for Fiscal Years 2027-2028 and 2028-2029, in alignment with the Master Price Agreement through National Purchasing Partners up to the adopted budget amount for the given fiscal year.
