6. PURCHASE OF PERMANENT ROADWAY EASEMENT AND ACQUISITION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12603 PARAMOUNT BOULEVARD 1. Approve the purchase of a partial fee and temporary construction easement for the property located at 12603 Paramount Boulevard pursuant to the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the “Paramount Boulevard at Imperial Highway Intersection Improvement Project”; and, 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the purchase agreement with Maha LLC in the amount of $22,400, including any non-substantive amendments, up to the authorized budget amount of $50,000.
