4.5 Agreements: Approve an Agreement with Southern Counties Oil Co., a CA Limited Partnership DBA SC Fuels, and an Amendment to the Agreement with SC Commercial, LLC DBA SC Fuels for Fuel Supply and Delivery Report Number: 25-0205 Location: No specific geographic location Department: Public Works G.C. § 84308 Regulations Apply: Yes Environmental Notice: The proposed action is not a "Project" as defined under Section 15378 of the State California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) Guidelines. Therefore, pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the following resolutions: A. Approving an agreement with Southern Counties Oil Co., a CA Limited Partnership DBA SC Fuels (“SCOC”); and B. Approving an amended agreement with SC Commercial, LLC DBA SC Fuels (“SC Commercial”) to provide motor vehicle fuel supply and delivery.
