F. Consideration of the Biennial Review and Update of the City’s Conflict of
Interest Code, Including Approval of the Revised List of Designated
Positions Required to File Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700),
in Accordance with Resolution No. 2026-42 and Applicable Provisions of
the California Political Reform Act
Recommendation: That the City Council review and approve the changes to
the City's Conflict of Interest Code by adopting Resolution No. 2026-42 with the
updated list of designated positions and disclosure categories.
