Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-40
amending the City's Fiscal Year 2026-27 CIP Budget to appropriate new funds
for the Acoustic Panel Project No. 31029 in the amount of $60,000 in
Development Impact Fee funding to cover construction phase costs and provide
additional contingency funds.
