9. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH RK
ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. FOR ANALYSIS, STUDY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF
THE NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR "EPSILON", "S", AND "V"
NEIGHBORHOODS
That the City Council:
A. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with RK Engineering Group, Inc. of
Newport Beach, California, for Analysis, Study, Design, and Implementation of the Neighborhood Traffic
Management Program for "Epsilon", "S" and "V" Neighborhoods in the amount of $57,257; and,
B. Authorize staff to issue a purchase order to RK Engineering Group, Inc. in the amount of $68,708,
which includes a twenty percent (20%) contingency, and reject all other bids.
