10. APPROVE THE VISTA COMMUNITY CLINIC (VCC): THE GARY CENTER LEASE AGREEMENT
TO OPERATE COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO THE LA HABRA
COMMUNITY
That the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a new Lease Agreement with
VCC: The Gary Center for an initial five (5) year term commencing on August 3, 2026, and terminating on
August 3, 2031, in the amount of $1.00 per year, for the continued use of the City-owned facilities at 341
and 350 South Hillcrest Street.
