4. DIRECT STAFF TO REVIEW CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE - BIENNIAL NOTICE That the City Council: A. Receive and file the 2026 Local Agency Biennial Notice to Amend the Conflict of Interest Code for B. Direct staff to notice and report any public comments to City Council for consideration; and, C. Direct staff to review the City's Conflict of Interest Code for potential amendments and submission to the City Council for final approval and adoption within 90 days; or alternatively, if no amendments are necessary, a report to that effect for submission to the City Council before October 1, 2026, to receive and file.
