SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1578 CODE AMENDMENT 2026-0001 - ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS Adoption of Ordinance No. 1578 updates development standards, parking requirements, and statutory references within the Tustin City Code to ensure consistency with State legislation enacted during the 2024 and 2025 legislative sessions. Recommendation: That the City Council have second reading by title only and adoption of Ordinance No. 1578.
