Adopt a resolution to accept the State of CaliforniaRegional Coordination Project grant award, and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the State of California - Employment Development Department, WIOA and approve Appropriation Adjustment for $1,000,000 for the CareerRx OC healthcare initiative.RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FUNDS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT TO STRENGTHEN COLLABORATION BETWEEN LOCAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARDS AND COMMUNITY COLLEGES, AND SUPPORT TO LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES IN SANTA AΝΑ2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to conduct all negotiations, sign, and submit all documents, including, but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments, and payment requests, which may be necessary for the completion of the Project scope, including but not limited to agreements with subrecipients, consultants, and contractors.3.
