G. APPROVAL OF A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN L. HUNTER & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO PROVIDE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve an agreement to provide national pollutant discharge elimination system program management support services. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with John L. Hunter and Associates (JLHA) to provide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program management support services (Attachment “A”); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in amounts not to exceed $74,888 for the first year, $77,135 for the second year, and $79,455 for the third year, with the option to renew the agreement for two additional one-year terms in amounts not to exceed $81,840 for the fourth year and $84,297 for the fifth year.
