F. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY PARTICIPATION IN THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY REGIONAL FOOD RECOVERY PROGRAM The City Council is requested to approve a memorandum of agreement between the San Gabriel Valley Council of Government and Temple City for participation in the San Gabriel Valley Regional Food Recovery Program. Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (Attachment “A”) with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) for continued participation in the San Gabriel Valley Regional Food Recovery Program.
