counsel relative to the case entitled Anthony Cruz v. Mitchell Jay
Borses, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24STCV12353.
(This matter arises from a March 26, 2024 vehicle collision on the US-
101 Hollywood Freeway southbound, just south of Alvarado Street in
Los Angeles.)
