(27) 26-0994 The Committee may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Dana Musial v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24STCV03736. (This matter arises from a trip-and-fall incident that occurred on October 14, 2023, at 2557 4th Avenue, north of West Adams Boulevard, in Los Angeles, California.)
