counsel relative to the case entitled Maria Mendoza v. County of Los
Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24VECV00360.
(This matter arises from a trip and fall incident that occurred at 6230
Sylmar Avenue in Van Nuys on February 14, 2023.)
