(32) 26-4118-S7 CD 11 RESOLUTION (PARK - PADILLA) relative to designating a location in Council District 11 for enforcement against sitting, lying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing personal property, or otherwise obstructing the public right-of-way, as further detailed in Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 41.18. Recommendations for Council action: 1. RESOLVE, pursuant to Section 41.18 (c) of the LAMC, to designate the following location for enforcement against sitting, lying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining, or placing personal property, or otherwise obstructing the public right of way, up to the maximum distance and effective for the maximum period of time prescribed, and as further detailed in the LAMC: 1. 8925 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 - Public Safety 2. 8651 S La Tijera Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 - Public Safety 3. 8921 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 -Public Safety 4. 604 Rose Ave, Venice, CA 90291 -Public Safety 5. 204 Hampton Dr, Venice, CA 90291 -Public Safety 6. 720 Rose Ave, Venice, CA 90291 -Public Safety 7. 12054 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025 -Public Safety 2. RESOLVE to direct and authorize the City department(s) with jurisdiction over the identified locations to post appropriate notices of the above prohibitions at these locations, and to begin enforcement upon the expiration of any required posting period.
