(25) 26-1100-S9 ORDINANCE SECOND CONSIDERATION relative to a ballot measure regarding an exemption from the Measure ULA tax, retroactive to January 7, 2025, for residential properties that were damaged or destoryed in the January 2025 Palisades Fire and sold within five years of the date of the Fire. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated, June 26, 2026, calling an Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the measure regarding an exemption from the Measure ULA tax, retroactive to January 7, 2025, for residential properties that were damaged or destoryed in the January 2025 Palisades Fire and sold within five years of the date of the Fire.
