Recommendation:
A. Receive and file the report on scholarship grants awarded by the Vernon CommUNITY
Fund (VCF) Grant Committee for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26; and
B. Recognize FY 2025-26 VCF Scholarship Grant Recipients for their outstanding academic
performance, personal achievement, community involvement, and leadership.
