(37) 26-0950 CD 5 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to funding to address school safety concerns for the intersection of Ohio Avenue, Selby Avenue, and Wilkins Avenue in Council District 5. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $32,569.72 in Council District 5 portion of the Neighborhood Services Enhancement line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the Transportation Fund No. 100/94, as follows: $18,200 to Account No. 3350 (Paint & Sign Maintenance & Repairs - General) AND $14,369.72 to Account No. 1090 (Salaries-Overtime) to address school safety concerns for the intersection of Ohio Avenue, Selby Avenue, and Wilkins Avenue. 2. AUTHORIZE the Department of Transportation to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
