(44) 26-0968 MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON - MCOSKER) relative to instructing the City Administrative Officer (CAO), to initiate all required meet-and- confer obligations relative to Charter Reform Commission (CRC) Recommendation No. 54. Recommendations for Council action: 1. INSTRUCT the CAO, with the assistance of the City Attorney and in consultation with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), to initiate all required meet-and-confer obligations relative to Charter Reform Commission (CRC) Recommendation No. 54. 2. MOVE that the CAO report to the City Council with the results of the meet-and-confer process, including any agreements reached, outstanding issues requiring Council direction, implementation recommendations, fiscal impacts, and any ordinance, resolution, or other actions necessary to fully implement CRC Recommendation No. 54.
