CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - HUTT) relative to funding for the Council
Discretionary Street Furniture in Council District 1
Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL
OF THE MAYOR:
1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $28,000 from the Council
District 1 portion of the Council Discretionary Street Furniture
Fund No. 43D, Dept. 50, to the following accounts, and in the
amounts specified, within the Bureau of Street Services:
a. Account No. 001010, Salaries General ($5,000)
b. Account No. 001090, Salaries Overtime ($13,000)
c. Account No. 003030, Construction Expense ($10,000)
2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Services to make any
technical corrections or clarifications to the above fund transfer
instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
