(41) 24-1268-S2 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - RAMAN) relative to funding for Council District’s 3 Contingency Management Pilot Program, operated by Hope of the Mission for additional resources to support the pilot program. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $186,134 from the Housing Department Fund No. 10A/43, Account No. 43CC13 (FY 2025- 26 Street Strategies) to a new Account in the Housing Department Fund No. 10A/43, Account No. TBD (FY 2026-27 Street Strategies) for shared housing and client support services. 2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the General Manager of the Los Angeles Housing Department, or designee, to execute or amend the City’s Fiscal Year 2026-27 General Funds Homeless Shelter Services Agreement with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority to add up to $186,134 for shared housing, client support services, and outreach to be provided by The Self-Help and Recovery Exchange. 3. AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Housing Department to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means. 4. REQUEST and AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority to prepare, process, and execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to The Self-Help and Recovery Exchanges, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
