(39) 26-0951 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for two security officers to provide security services at Runyon Canyon Park from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $75,000 in Council District 4 portion of the Council Projects line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000A28 to the Recreation and Parks Fund No. 302/88, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) for two security officers to provide security services at Runyon Canyon Park from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. 2. AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/clarifications/changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means. 3. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks to prepare, process and execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to Allied Universal Security, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
