Repeal of County Ordinance No. 2026-0005 Ordinance for adoption repealing Ordinance No. 2026-0005, which was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 17, 2026, and called for a special election to be held on November 3, 2026, for the purpose of voting on an amendment to the Charter of the County of Los Angeles to establish a binding arbitration process for resolving certain labor disputes between the County of Los Angeles and certain Certified Public Safety Employee Organizations.
