37. County Code, Charter Amendment Ordinance for adoption calling a special election to be held on November 3, 2026, for the purpose of voting upon a measure to amend the Charter of the County of Los Angeles (Charter) to establish a binding arbitration process for resolving certain labor disputes between the County of Los Angeles and certain Certified Public Safety Employee Organizations as identified in the ordinance. The ordinance further directs the consolidation of this Special Election with the General Election to be held on the same day on November 3, 2026.
